Annalaura Masciavè is a 22 year old freelance photographer, based in Rome and her work is amazing. I love the way she works with texture and angles in her fashion photography. They are definitely not your typical “safe” fashion shots, they have a lot more depth, character and something that makes me curious about who the subject is and what they’re thinking. They have a quiet, intriguing personality.

I haven’t fallen this hard for a photographer before, so apologies if I start to gush. Irene Suchocki is the amazing talent behind Eye Poetry. She resides Montreal, Quebec, but loves to travel and take dreamy photographs along the way. Her images of beloved cities such as Paris and New York, make you feel like you’re sharing in a beautiful, underground secret that most people aren’t privy to.

Inspiration and the feeling of being inspired is what pushes us to do great things. No matter what form it takes, inspiration is what moves us to dream, to plan adventures and sparks the desire to move out of our comfort zone and learn or achieve something bigger. Inspiration can be that little nudge we need to turn a thought into an action.

As a nod to The SUPPORT HER Manifesto, I am using today’s Inspiration Station as a shout out to a very talented artist (originally from Wellington I believe, but currently based in Melbourne), Vincente-Lucy Knight. Vin is actually a friend of mine’s girlfriend and somehow manages to balance being a hands-on mum with creating amazing pieces of work.
